Utility P&M members can access the community through the Raklet member platform and mobile app.
Members may use the platform to manage their profiles, connect with other members, follow community updates, view events, access member features, and explore opportunities as these tools become available.
To access the platform, sign in with the same email address used to join the Utility Policy & Management Community.
Members can also access the Utility Policy & Management Community through the Raklet mobile app, available for iOS and Android.
Through the app, members may be able to view and update their profiles, connect with other members, follow community events, access membership cards or member features, send messages or participate in discussions, and view available opportunities such as job postings when these features are enabled for the community.
To use the app:
Download the Raklet app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign in using the same email address you used to join the Utility Policy & Management Community.
Search for or select Utility Policy & Management if prompted.
Complete or update your member profile.
Use the app to access available community features, updates, events, member information, and opportunities.
