Utility Policy & Management is an emerging professional community for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, regulators, students, utility professionals, public managers, and public-service leaders working across essential utility systems, including electricity, water, wastewater, stormwater, natural gas, broadband, and related public services. It provides a shared space for research exchange, policy dialogue, professional connection, and collaboration on the public policy and public management challenges shaping these systems.
